Job summary

Siemens is seeking an ICX Engineering Manager for the Americas to build and lead the Americas ICX Engineering team. You will model customer domains as enterprise ontologies, develop agents and ML solutions, and deliver working agentic applications that demonstrate value to customers.

You will recruit and grow engineers, collaborate with sales and partners, and drive the global ICX practice to engage with customers across zones.

• Proven track record leading customer-facing engineering teams.
• Experience in agentic AI, data and analytics.
• Strong business-value orientation with customers and sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas ICX Engineering team, a presales FDE unit, and drive engagements.
• Be hands-on with agentic AI and ontology while modeling business domains as ontology.
• Collaborate with sales and partners, report to the Americas Pre-Sales Leader.
