Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve caller problems and requests promptly.
• Provide excellent, customer-focused service by navigating internal and external calls courteously.
• Schedule discharge follow-up appointments and assist in recording traumas and codes.
• Perform other administrative or clerical duties and projects as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
