Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Unit Secretary for the Lima Medical Office Building to provide essential clerical support on a nursing unit. The role focuses on organized administrative tasks, patient interface, and smooth unit operations.

Qualifications

• EPIC EHR experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve caller problems and fulfill specific requests promptly.
• Provide excellent, customer-focused service by handling internal and external calls professionally.
• Schedule discharge follow-up appointments and assist in recording traumas and codes within the facility.
• Perform other administrative or clerical duties as assigned.
