Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers and responds to patient call lights promptly and informs appropriate staff.
• Answers telephone before third ring and relays messages promptly.
• Maintains charting, admissions/discharge sheets, transport logs, and patient information in the computer system.
• Transcribes physician orders under RN supervision and ensures proper labeling of charts.
• Keeps front desk professional and manages visitor inquiries and deliveries.
