Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer patient call lights promptly and inform staff.
• Answer telephone before third ring and relay messages.
• Perform secretarial duties per hospital policy and timeframes.
• Maintain records, logs, and charts accurately.
• Input patient information into the computer system promptly.
• Assist in orientation of new nursing personnel as assigned.
