ARMStaffing seeks a Travel Nurse RN with ICU experience for a 13-week assignment in Memphis, Tennessee. The role involves 3x12 hour day shifts, supervising LPNs and CNAs, and delivering quality patient care per established nursing plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment is required or desired.
• Minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience in ICU/acute care.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required prior to first shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interprofessional teams to identify care needs and goals.
• Provide direct patient care and participate in rehabilitation, discharge planning, and education.
