ARMStaffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will provide attentive, compassionate care to critically ill patients while collaborating with a dynamic healthcare team.

Assignment details include a 13-week contract, 36 hours per week, and 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This travel RN role requires an ACLS/BLS certified RN with ICU experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• ACLS & BLS certification required.
• Previous ICU experience is essential.
• Proficiency in advanced nursing skills and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform advanced procedures including central line and arterial line insertions, chest tube insertions, and more.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.
