Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel nurse RN for ICU in Knoxville, Tennessee. This 13-week travel assignment features 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, with a start date of 10/05/2026.

Requirements include an active RN license and nursing degree, BLS & ACLS, and 18 months of ICU experience. MedPro provides weekly pay, housing options or stipends, credentialing coverage, and comprehensive travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Eighteen months of ICU experience in Acute Care

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and education to patients and families.
• Ensure proper functioning of life support equipment (ventilators, feeding tubes).
• Monitor heart rate, blood pressure and respiration for distress.
• Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as needed.
• Meticulous documentation of medication administration.
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures for changes in condition.
• Perform CPR accurately and effectively.
