Job summary

Allegheny Health Network in Wexford, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 4 South ICU/Stepdown unit. The unit is a 20-bed, variable acuity team where ICU-level care is provided with integrated stepdown beds.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, supervise LPNs and support staff, ensure patient safety and participate in interdisciplinary care with physicians and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in a professional practice setting and mentors staff.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care.
• Ensures patient safety and quality of care.
