Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for our ICU unit, a busy 20-bed department within St. Vincent Hospital, recognized for Magnet-designated excellence in nursing.

The RN will assess patients, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes for pulmonary, GI, surgical, renal, obstetric, and psychiatric cases. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• ICU experience preferred.
• Certification in a specialty is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provides leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to evaluate patient care.
• Delivers nursing care following physician orders and hospital policy.
