Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with ICU step-down or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to manage high-acuity patients.
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and responding to rapid changes in status.
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and medication titration practices.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient/family education skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition and develop plans of care using evidence-based nursing interventions.
• Monitor complex telemetry and vital signs; rapidly recognize and respond to clinical changes.
• Titrate medications as ordered and ensure safe, effective patient management.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, treatment, and recovery expectations.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
