Job summary

Mercy in Joplin, MO is seeking experienced registered nurses to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will maintain patient rights and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams. You will be accountable for care quality and uphold Mercy Service Standards.

Responsibilities include evaluating care effectiveness, supporting direct caregivers, and contributing to a compassionate, collaborative health system focused on community wellness. RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in-state or compact licensure to practice nursing
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
• Nursing degree from an accredited school is required

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain accountability for assigned patients
• Evaluate overall effectiveness of care provided by direct caregivers
