Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse with infusion experience to join our venous access team. You will perform venous access, administer infusion therapy, monitor treatments, and educate patients within a clinical ladder program.

Qualifications include active RN license, BLS and ACLS, with BSN preferred. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and relocation up to $5,000 are available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• BSN is preferred.
• 1+ charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.
• 1+ nursing experience in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within the RN scope, ensuring proper technique and patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy treatments, adjusting care plans based on patient responses.
• Assess patients' conditions to determine venous access methods and address complications.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients requiring venous access and infusion therapy.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy to ensure understanding and compliance.
