McLaren Health Care is seeking a Nurse Assistant to support intensive care step-down patients during night shifts. Under RN supervision, you will assist with basic patient care, comfort, and safety while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and facility policies.

Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma or equivalent and may have CNA/EMT/MA training. Prior patient care experience is preferred and a six-month requirement applies if specific education is not met.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Specialized education options listed (CNA, EMT, MA) if minimum experience not met.
• Direct patient care experience preferred; six months required if education not met.

Responsabilidades

• Performs specific patient care interventions as delegated by the RN.
• Delivers compassionate support to patients and families.
• Provides assistance with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Maintains a safe and clean environment and adheres to infection-control policies.
• Performs other related duties as requested.
