Job summary

Independence Health System is seeking a Weekend RN to provide direct nursing care in our Intensive Care Unit. Reports to the Clinical Supervisor, ICU, with typical responsibilities including critical care nursing, adherence to nursing processes, and participation in quality improvement activities.

Minimum education is RN program graduate; BSN preferred. Requires PA RN license, CPR, ACLS within one year, and necessary clearances. This is a part-time, on-site role in Butler, PA.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Registered Nurse program.
• Preferred: Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) and CCRN.
• Current PA RN license and CPR/ACLS within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients in a critical care setting.
