Job summary

Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator for the ICU. You will provide clinical leadership, support safety and quality initiatives, and help streamline workflow to ensure timely, high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications include VA (or compact) RN licensure, BSN preferred, and ACLS/PALS or ENPC within one year. Minimum 18 months nursing experience; full-time, 36 hours per week, day shift.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Virginia or a compact state
• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred if not in nursing, BSN required
• ACLS & PALS or ENPC within one year of hire
• BLS within 90 days of hire
• 18 months nursing experience required
