Requirements include RN-Bachelor’s or RN-Master’s, Virginia or Compact license, BLS within 90 days, and 1 year of nursing management with 3 years in acute/critical care. Competitive benefits accompany a base salary with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• Management experience in nursing (1 year) and Acute Care/CCU (3 years).

• Interview, hire and develop team members to build a high-performing unit.
• Mentor staff and ensure adequate coverage.
