Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret diagnostic data relative to patient age and condition.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Perform timely assessments including physiological, psychological, developmental and sociocultural factors.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively for hand-offs.
• Ensure infection prevention and medication safety in clinical practice.
