The role requires critical care knowledge and a commitment to patient-centered care. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments and developing nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Candidates must have a current RN license and relevant experience.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years’ experience in critical care or ICU within the last three years.
• Must care for ICU, PCU, and Med Surg patients as requested.
• Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license required.

Mansioni

• Determine health status and needs through health data interpretation.
• Utilize systematic approach for individualized nursing care.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments of patients.
• Formulate and implement nursing care plans.
