Franciscan Health Crawfordsville Campus in Crawfordsville, IN seeks an RN to deliver total nursing care and plans of care for patients and families. The role emphasizes psychosocial and physiologic assessment, education, and adherence to Franciscan procedures.

The unit features a 5-bed ICU with typical ratios around 2:1. Minimum start pay is $34 per hour, with a PRN night position available for flexible staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Required Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• ICU RN experience preferred.
• RN must be licensed by the State Licensing Board in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association.
• ACLS - American Heart Association (Required if required by unit).

Responsabilités

• Provide total comprehensive nursing to patients and families through the development of a plan of care.
• Develop, reassess, evaluate and revise the plan of care.
• Integrate psychosocial, cultural, ethical, and spiritual needs into care.
• Educate patients and families and adhere to nursing regulations and Franciscan processes.
