Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. The role targets nurses with 1–2 years of Med/Surg experience who want to advance critical care skills in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, while promoting patient and family-centered practices and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Diploma or associate degree; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years of experience preferred; no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Promote patient and family-centered care.
• Participate in patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document individualized care plans.
• Communicate across care teams.
• Evaluate patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Respect patients’ values and cultural backgrounds.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment.
