Job summary

Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks, NV is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse for per diem shifts. You will provide safe, high-quality nursing care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment, following facility policies and standards.

As a dynamic team member, you will lead bedside care, participate in patient-centered planning, and support a collaborative healthcare team to ensure excellent outcomes. Nevada RN license and current BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current Nevada nursing license.
• At least one year of critical care nursing experience.
• Current BLS; ACLS required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for ICU patients per policy.
• Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary care plans for assigned patients.
• Conduct hourly rounds and communicate patient needs with the care team.
• Support open family visitation and patient-centered care delivery.
