Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO seeks an RN to join the UCHlth Virtual ICU on-site, day and night rotation. Full-time, 72 hours per pay period.

Minimum requirements include RN licensure and at least 6 months ICU RN experience or UCHealth Fellowship, with BLS/ACLS current.

Pay ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, plus a night shift incentive program of $1,600 quarterly; benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, tuition assistance, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or state board nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months ICU nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in the ICU using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Models proficiency through precepting new staff or learners.
