Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the ICU team for a full-time onsite role with day and night rotation. Pay ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour depending on experience. Department: CT ICU.

This position requires ICU experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship, along with RN licensure and current BLS/ACLS certification. The role provides direct patient care in a high-acuity ICU setting, with a multidisciplinary team and opportunities for orientation,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of ICU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
• BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU using the nursing process.
• Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve outcomes.
• Precept those new to healthcare and UCHealth.
• Support competency validation during clinical orientation.
