Job summary

Scripps Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU SSRS float pool. This full-time, night-shift role covers 12-hour shifts across five Scripps hospitals, with a 72 hours per 2-week schedule and weekend work.

You will assess and implement care plans, collaborate with the care team, and support coverage during leaves and peak demand. Eligible for new hire and relocation incentives up to $7,000.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California
• ICU experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts including weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice for ICU patients
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and coverage during leaves and peak demand
