Job summary

Scripps Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU SSRS float pool. This full-time, night-shift role covers 12-hour shifts across five Scripps hospitals, with a 72 hours per 2-week schedule and weekend work.

You will assess and implement care plans, collaborate with the care team, and support coverage during leaves and peak demand. Eligible for new hire and relocation incentives up to $7,000.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California
• ICU experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts including weekends

Registered Nurse RN – Full Time – ICU SSRS ( System Wide Float Pool )

Schedule: 72 hours per 2-week pay period | 12-hour Night Shifts (including weekends)

Location: Float between all five Hospitals

Our Scripps System-wide Resource Services (SSRS) department supports the entire Scripps Health system. As a member of the SSRS ICU team, you can fill vital roles onassignments throughout the system to provide critical coverage for employee’s leave of absences, sick calls, and peak service demands while gaining experience in a variety of environments.

Join our Scripps SSRS team as a Registered Nurse where you will provide direct patient care within the scope of your practice. This includes the following: assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

• Seeking full time staff for night shifts.
