Ideal candidates hold a California RN license with 1 year of adult ICU experience, current BLS/ACLS, and English proficiency. New hire and relocation incentives up to $7,000 are available.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience in an adult ICU.
• California Registered Nurse License.
• Current BLS and ACLS Certification from American Heart Association.
• Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU Float Pool.
• Collaborate with the care team to plan and implement care.
• Float to Scripps Memorial La Jolla and Scripps Green Hospital units as needed.
• Ensure patient progress toward expected outcomes and care plans.
