Job summary

Qualifications

• ADN or higher from an accredited nursing program.
• Active NM nursing license or compact state.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of patient care and delegate tasks to nursing staff based on patient needs and staff capabilities.
• Coordinate patient care with the patient, family, and other disciplines and physicians.
• Educate patients and families; explain rights, consent, and care plans.
