Job summary

Aurora Medical Center – Kenosha is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU. The ICU team cares for high-acuity patients, with 2:1 to 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratios and 24/7 critical care support.

This part-time role includes 2–12 hour night shifts (7pm–7:30am) and rotating weekends/holidays, with paid benefits eligibility. Ideal candidates will have completed an accredited nursing program, hold an RN license in Wisconsin, and possess BLS; ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.
