Advocate Health's Aurora Medical Center - Grafton in Wisconsin is seeking a STAT Registered Nurse for ICU/critical care. This hybrid role blends STAT ICU duties with ICU nursing responsibilities, with 36 hours per week and a Fri–Sun night schedule.

Candidates must complete an accredited nursing program, hold an RN license, and possess BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtain them within six months). The ICU team emphasizes collaboration, patient safety, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
