Ideal candidates have completed an accredited nursing program and hold a state RN license, with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire).

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead in evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure patient safety and quality care across the unit.
