Baylor Scott & White Health Round Rock – Round Rock Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit. You will perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients and families while ensuring safety and high-quality care in a fast-paced ICU setting.

The role requires RN licensure, accredited program graduation, and BLS certification. Night shift, full-time with 3x12s, perinatal support and EMR documentation are expected, with strong teamwork

Formación

• RN license in Texas or compact state
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of start date

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and prioritize needs.
• Create, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatments.
• Ensure safe patient handling and care delivery per protocols.
• Collaborate with ICU team to coordinate care and escalate findings.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and chart notes.
