AdventHealth Apopka seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for night shifts in a 12-hour, full-time schedule. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Eligible clinicians may rise salary up to 20% through the Clinical Ladder program; strong teamwork and communication are essential in a hospital setting. Florida licensure is required.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• 1+ year in acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
• Document patient information and outcomes accurately.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
