Job summary

Endeavor Health in Highland Park, IL is seeking an RN - ICU for night shift to join our hospital team. This full-time position offers 36 hours per week, with hours 7pm to 7:30am and rotating weekends, requiring IL RN licensure and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• BSN degree preferred
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
