Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Active Illinois RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Strong analytic abilities are expected.
• ACLS, PALS/ENPC, and TNCC within one year of hire for ER roles.
• Pediatric ER requires PALS and TNCC within one year.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to acutely ill patients using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and health team members.
• Collect and analyze data, develop, implement, and evaluate plans.
• Direct care and supervision of care team and assistants as needed.
• Document care plans and patient responses to interventions.
• Participate in governance, committees, and unit projects.
• Utilize evidence-based practice to guide decisions.
