Job summary

Keck Medicine of USC in Glendale is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit on a full-time 12-hour night shift (union). The RN will support the Chief Nursing Officer in leading the patient care team to ensure safety, recovery and comfort by applying the nursing process and providing patient education.

Candidates should have RN licensure (CA) and BSN preferred; 1 year acute care experience; ortho/stroke care is a plus. Competitive benefits and tuition support are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduation from Registered Nurse Program.
• BSN desired.
• 1 year clinical experience in acute care preferred.
• Experience with ortho and stroke patients preferred.
• CA RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the patient care team and apply the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care; provide education plan.
• Advocate for patient safety and comfort.
