Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Assess patient condition and develop Plan of Care.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per policy.
• Document care plans, assessments, and MAR accurately.
• Collaborate with case managers for discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatments.
