Job summary

UCHealth Memorial Hospital North in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join the Medical ICU. This onsite role requires night shifts, full-time schedule (72 hours per pay period) and compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months ICU RN experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship.
• BLS and ACLS certification prior to start date.
• BLS/ACLS cards valid through sixty days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a technically complex ICU.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness and patient-centered care using evidence-based practice.
• Precept new staff and learners to ensure competency.
