Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Night Shift ICU RN in Colorado Springs to provide direct patient care in an onsite Cardiovascular ICU, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include RN licensure, ICU experience or UCHealth Fellowship, and BLS/ACLS certs. The position is full time with a 72-hour per pay period schedule and on-site only requirements.

Qualifications

• 6 months ICU nursing (RN) experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship.
• State licensure as an RN.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in ICU using nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Precepting and mentoring new staff in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
