Job summary

UCHealth in Colorado Springs, CO seeks an experienced RN for the Cardiovascular ICU on nights. This full-time, onsite role requires direct patient care, critical thinking and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Compensation ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour and includes UCHealth’s total rewards program and professional growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have RN licensure, ICU experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship, BLS and ACLS, and will join a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (RN).
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months ICU RN experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
• BLS and ACLS through AHA/Red Cross with cards valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ICU patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.
• Model proficiency by precepting new staff and learners.
