Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Temple is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our Level One Medical ICU. This 23-bed unit utilizes advanced technology and offers a relocation bonus. Schedule: Nights, 7p-7a, 36 hours per week.

As an RN, you will assess patients, develop and adjust care plans, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a Magnet-designated system.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited RN program.
• RN license active in Texas.
• BLS certification or within 30 days of starting.
• Minimum 1 year ICU RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and create care plans.
• Prioritize patient and family needs and document care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on care plans.
• Delegate tasks based on team competencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient care.
• Ensure safety and quality in care delivery.
