Job summary

Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, is seeking Registered Nurses for its Medical ICU units. You will work in a fast-paced environment with high-acuity patients and participate in daily rounds with a multidisciplinary team.

Open shifts are nights (7:00pm–7:00am). The system emphasizes mentorship, ongoing education and clinical excellence, with relocation support and comprehensive benefits for eligible full-time nurses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• RN license/certification.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fast-paced Medical ICU with high acuity patients.
• Leadership team supports learning, mentoring and collaboration.
• Open shifts: 7:00pm–7:00am Nights; participate in rounds and vital patient care.
