Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs daily rounds coordinating patient care and ensuring quality service.
• Develops care plans based on comprehensive assessments and patient needs.
• Assesses, sets goals, and prescribes nursing actions including discharge planning.
• Monitors patient conditions, pain, and responses to treatments and interventions.
• Communicates observations to the multidisciplinary team and documents accurately.
