Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is seeking qualified nurses to join a 6-bed ICU with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, supporting acute cardiac patients and providing critical care in a smaller, collaborative setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of Med/Surg experience and are comfortable with night shifts, including a weekly call shift every six weeks, with every third weekend rotation and a holiday rotation.

• Full-time and part-time options available
• Night shift differential: $5/hour weekdays, $8/hour weekends
• This unit offers the opportunity to build critical care skills in a smaller environment with consistent support and teamwork.
• 1 call shift requirement in a 6 week period, every 3rd weekend rotation and a holiday rotation.
