Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. This role is ideal for nurses with 1–2 years of Med/Surg experience looking to develop critical care skills in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities include assessing and planning care, educating patients and families, promoting safety, and collaborating with the care team. Night shift differentials, FT/PT options, and onsite House Supervisor support are

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree and active RN license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 2+ years of experience.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe working practices.
