Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital's six-bed Critical Care Unit provides high‑quality care with a 2:1 nurse‑to‑patient ratio. This role suits RNs with 1–2 years in Med/Surg seeking critical care exposure in a smaller, supportive team.

Night shifts offer differential pay; both full‑time and part‑time options are available. You will deliver direct patient care under nursing standards, educate families, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing diploma or associate degree in nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, planning implementation and evaluation.
• Educates patients and families on illness management and home care needs.
• Promotes patient safety and participates in quality and regulatory initiatives.
• Develops and documents plans of care with the interprofessional team.
