Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is seeking a registered nurse for our 6-bed ICU to provide direct patient care with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. This role supports critical cardiac patients and offers night shifts with differential.

Both full-time and part-time options are available, with 24/7 house supervision and on-site physician support. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of Med/Surg experience seeking entry into critical care, with RN licensure and a nursing diploma or higher.

Qualificações

• Promotes patient safety and education for patients and families.
• Develops, implements, and documents plans of care with goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess and respond to patient needs across care boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care following nursing standards and guidelines.
• Educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment home care.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety and quality.
