Job summary

Advocate Health's Wisconsin Float Pool seeks an experienced RN for a full-time role across multiple facilities. You will deliver and coordinate comprehensive ED care, floating to different departments as needed to meet organizational demand.

The role requires an accredited nursing program completion, RN license, and BLS; ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are also required or strongly preferred. Flexible self-scheduling with 12-hour days is offered.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS and TNCC preferred/required.
• Minimum 1 year ED RN experience; 2 years preferred.
• Self-scheduled; floating across multiple facilities within the zone.
• Flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts as described.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care across ED and related units.
• Float to multiple care environments within a designated Zone.
• Lead efforts to maintain patient safety and positive experience.
• Coordinate care for diverse patient populations across facilities.
