Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure is required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred at hire; ACLS required within 6 months; PALS preferred or required for pediatric units.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conducts and analyzes initial and ongoing patient assessment, creates a plan of care, implements treatment, and evaluates treatment effectiveness.
• Synthesizes and prioritizes information to take evidence-based, patient-focused action.
• Anticipates and responds to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Administer medications in a safe manner according to policies.
