Stillwater Medical Center Healthcare Authority seeks an ICU RN to advocate for patients while incorporating evidence-based practice. You will be a calm, precise collaborator essential for holistic patient care during 12-hour day shifts on a PRN schedule.

Requirements include Oklahoma RN licensure, CPR, ACLS (within 1 year), and at least 1 year in critical care. Expect rotating holiday coverage and weekend duties as part of the unit’s staffing model.

Competenze

• Licensed to practice in Oklahoma.
• Current CPR certificate or within 30 days of hire.
• Current ACLS or within 1 year of hire.
• At least 1 year of critical care experience.

Mansioni

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Collaborate with patients, families and health team members to deliver evidence-based care.
